Sharing additional data - TeamBuy

A user can choose to share the following data:

·  All baskets in that group

·  Web-Order History

·  Resale database (not available on all sites)

·  Custom Auxiliary Specifications. (not available on all sites)

·  Price Variances (not available on all sites).

All members of the shopping groups displayed on the user’s TeamBuy Page have access to the shared data.

 

To Share Data:

On the data page you will see the following message listed below the header:

·  Click to turn sharing on

Or

·  Click to turn sharing off

Click the links to switch sharing mode.

 

image\notepin.gif Users must have their "sharing on" in order for the other members of the group to view the data.

If the user chooses to "turn share off" they will still have access to the other members of their group that have sharing "turned on". Those members will not be able to view your data.

When a shopper does not want to share his order history, other TeamBuy member’s names are removed from the filter via the drop down. Only your orders will be shown.
