Basket access is determined by its "status".
The following users always have full functionality of the basket:
· Basket owners
· The Shopping Group Member who initiates the Checkout process.
· The Shopping Group Member who changes a Basket's status on this page.
All other members of a Shopping Group can access the basket and perform the following actions on the basket, depending on a basket’s "status":

è To change a Basket Status:
Change the Basket status with its corresponding pull-down located under the basket's line items.
About RED baskets: Once the Checkout process is started for a basket, its status is automatically set to RED. This avoids other users, from the shopping group, to add further items to the basket. Once set to Red the basket will not be repriced.
If the basket needs further modifications, the status has to be reset manually to GREEN.
