After clicking Add to basket under your Parts list in the eSysCfg, if you do not get the View Basket link to open BuyAutomation.com, you have to change the Meta Refresh setting for your Internet Options:
1 Select Tools | Internet Options from your menu.
2 On the Security Tab, click Custom Level.
3 Under the Miscellaneous issues, click Meta Refresh on.
Always check with your IT department before making any changes to your settings.
NOTE: You need to login to BuyAutomation.com and access the configurator from within the e-commerce site at least once for the configurator to work correctly.
