We do not recommend moving line items from BuyAutomation into QuoteAutomation but understand that you may need to have the ability to do so. The only way to accomplish this task is via Excel. The process is to copy from BuyAutomation to Excel and then from Excel to QuoteAutomation.
The key information to maintain are the columns titled by Qty and Model.

1 Login to BuyAutomation.com
2 Call up source basket to copy
3 Highlight all line items in basket grid by clicking on top right cell
4 Right mouse click on the grid to get grid menu
5 Select "Copy to Excel" menu item
6 Program will copy all line items to browser based on version of Excel
7 Make modifications to line items as required in Excel
8 Copy columns labeled "Qty" and "Model"
9 Save file to local hard disk if required
10 Login to QuoteAutomation
11 Bring up quote for destination of copy
12 Right mouse click on basket to get basket menu
13 Select "Paste from Excel" menu item
14 Program will copy all line items from Excel to QuoteAutomation basket.
