Tags for Model Dialog Box

Enter and edit Tag Sets for a Model in this dialog box. The quantity of Tag Sets has to be equal to the line item quantity.

Each tag set is made up of several tag label / tag value pairs. Tag labels are predefined for each product and vary depending on the Model being configured. Common tag labels are Customer Tag, Customer Item, Mfg. Notes, and Range.. Additionally, text boxes for custom tag labels are provided.

To identify your part with a customer number (e.g. the customer stock number), enter it on the Tag screen as a Customer Item Number.

NOTE: Required Tags display in red.

There are two types of Tag Editor available: Traditional and Grid. To change your view: Click "TAG MENU" | Check or De-Select "Grid Tag Editor"

Traditional Tag Editor:

Tag Set and Quantity

Displays a sequential Tag Set Number defined by the system.
Enter the quantity for each tag set.

Tag Labels and Tag Values

Displays Tag Labels for the model. See how to. create your own tag label.
Enter data in the Tag Value column.

ˇ  Displays Tag labels for the model. Type into the rows below the labels to create your own tag label.

Tag Set 1 through n

ˇ  Enter quantity and tag values for the corresponding Tag set into the column.

Save

ˇ  Saves the Tag information with the line item.

Cancel

ˇ  Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.
