Set your default vendor from Profile | My Information page Certain Transmitters are available from the USA, China and Eckardt. You pick where to source your intelligent transmitters based on customer location for USA, China or EMEA. Pricing is the same regardless of the source. Shanghai products are priced in CNY, Eckardt products in Euros.
č You may set your Vendor Default on the Real Time Configurator
1 Type your model code either in the configure model pane or directly on the basket grid and hit "enter"
2 The Real Time Configurator will display
3 A separate window will open asking you to "choose your vendor"
4 Highlight the vendor you prefer
5 Click "Save as Default" option button located at the bottom of that window
6 That Vendor will default when you open the Real Time Configurator again.
7 If you need to source from another vendor- right mouse click in the Real Time Configurator (right hand pane), last menu item select "Change Vendor". Make your selection
8 OR you may change the vendor by searching for that product and select the vendor you need for that quote. Example: Default IDP10 is Foxboro, MA. You need to source it from Shanghai- enter IDP10 in the search screen and select the IDP10 that is sourced from Shanghai.
