Internet Explorer

è   To eliminate the Header / Footer of Internet Explorer:

The Page Setup control codes for Internet Explorer drives all printing of web pages. Make a note of the original settings to reset them once you have printed all the Price Book pages you need.

1  Select Page Setup from the File Menu.

2  Make a note of the header, footer and margins so you can reset them after you exit the Price Book. You need the original settings for regular printing of web pages.

3  Delete all text from the Header and Footer text boxes.

4  Modify the margins to print the Price Sheet on one page. Set the page margins as small as your printer will allow (~0.25" for HP LaserJets).

5  AFTER PRINTING: Reset the Header and Footer to its original settings (Normally: Header: &w&bPage &p&P, Footer: &w&b&d, margins 0.5")

Other printer problems:

If your Price Sheets print without borders and boxes around the text, go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced Tab. Scroll down to "Printing" and change the check-box for "Print Background Color and Image". Now your printed Price Sheets should look exactly like the Price Sheets on the screen.
