Users that have "user defined" currency conversions on their baskets, when they check out the basket will carry the user-defined currency. If the user chooses NOT to apply the user defined currency and wants the correct system conversion rates then follow the steps below:
1 Make the basket your active basket
2 Click "copy this basket" link located at the bottom of the basket page
3 The copied basket will become your active basket. All product information will be copied but the system currency conversion rates will apply
4 Check out the basket containing the correct currency rates
5 Go to My baskets | All baskets
6 Locate the original basket – click and make it your active basket
7 Delete the basket
