Shoppers can modify and cancel the orders that display in Order Status. All orders that have been successfully uploaded to Sales Order Mgmt. System are in Order Status and can therefore be revised.
Order Status is updated overnight, so the orders' revisions can be reviewed on the next day.
FoxStock orders cannot be revised.
You may not forward a revision basket. At the basket pick up stage the basket will be converted from a revision basket to a new basket. Revision baskets can not be copied
č To make an Order revision:
1 Select My Orders | Order Status or Order Revisions from the menu.
ˇ Enter data to find the order to be modified.
2 Click the link Make revisions to this order.
3 The system creates a basket with the Order data and displays the revision page.
4 Modify the order as needed, following the Order Revision Rules . Your changes are saved with the basket and remain until you stage the revision
Note for items from the original order:
- Net prices become "Set Net Price". Discount detail from the original order is not available on Order Status.
- Auxiliary Specifications and Custom Auxiliary Specifications should be verified. To display this information the user clicks the information icon link 
on the revision basket. Verify your line items

All shipped (non-project) line items as of 31 March 2007 will show as non-revisable. All items not shipped as of 31 March 2007 will show with a revise icon
