Order Status had an Information Box that will open with the following information in a small window located on the order status detail page:
ˇ Customer Name
ˇ Sales Order Number
ˇ Customer PO Number
ˇ Total Order Value
To view this box, click the "show information box" link located on the top right hand side of the page.
To remove this box , click "hide" on the information box
If you have difficulty viewing the box you may need to Reset and Delete Cookies. Follow the procedure below:
ˇ Go to your Internet Explorer menu and pick the Tools menu item
ˇ Pick the Internet Options sub-menu item
ˇ Click on the Delete Cookies button to clear out the cookies
ˇ Click OK to confirm
ˇ Click on the OK button to close the Internet Options form
ˇ Press the F5 button to refresh your BuyAutomation page
ˇ The information box location should reset to the top right side of the screen
