è The Order Status Site provides order and quotation detail information from Order Management System - SAP
è Only orders relevant to the User’s account display.
Orders display in order status are updated nightly (EDT). Any orders placed one day will appear in order status the following day. The orders are fed to SAP every 30 minutes
è To access Order Status:
· After login, click Order Status on the e-commerce home page.
OR
· Select My Orders | Order Status from the menu.

Matches for the text entered into this box will be looked for in the text fields from the Billing and Shipping page (Billing Notes, Shipping Notes, Special Marks and Payment Terms).
Please bear in mind that these text fields are broken up into 70 character strings in Order Status. Therefore, if your search string happens to be broken up into two lines, it will not be found.
Example: The order status record is split between the words "two" and "temperature". If you search for "We found that two temperature transmitters have", the order will not be found. The search text "We found that two" will return a match.
