è To cancel an order from the Order Status site:
1 Search for your order in Order Status.
2 Click the revision icon .
3 On the Basket screen, click cancel order.
4 In the notes text box enter a cancellation comment for the Order Revision Manager.
5 Enter your login password.
6 Click submit.
7 Make note of the Revison Cancellation number beginning with 9996W
You can cancel orders from the Order Revisions site for these cases:
· you just entered the order (SAME DAY), so it does not display in Order Status yet
· you cannot find the order on the Order Status site
è To cancel an order from the Order Revisions site:
1 Select My Orders | Order Revisions from the menu.
2 Click the cancel order link.
3 Enter all order information to unmistakably identify your order.
4 In the notes text box enter a cancellation comment for the Order Revision Manager.
5 Click review.
6 Check the data entered for the order.
7 Print the page (using the link located on the page)
8 Enter your login password.
9 Click submit.
Orders display in order status after 24 hours, so to cancel an order on the day it was placed, the Order Revision procedure does not apply – use the procedure above
