· Enter Carrier Account Number in Inco Term 2 field.
· Select Carrier Routing from the pull-down list.
Title passes to customer upon shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Customer pays/bears freight charges.
Customer files claim.
C02 - FOB, Origin, Freight Prepaid
Title passes to customer upon shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays/bears freight charges.
Customer files claim.
C03 - FOB, Origin, Freight Prepaid & Add
Title passes to customer upon shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays freight charges and then charges back customer (prepaid and add) so customer bears the freight charges.
Customer files claim.
C04 - FOB, Destination, Freight Collect
· Enter Carrier Account Number in Inco Term 2 field.
· Select the Carrier Routing from the pull-down list.
Title passes to customer upon delivery. Supplier owns goods in transit.
Customer pays/bears freight charges.
Supplier files claim.
C05 - FOB, Destination, Freight Prepaid
Title passes to customer upon delivery. Supplier owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays/bears freight charges.
Supplier files claim.
C06 - FOB, Destination, Freight Prepaid & Add
Title passes to customer upon delivery. Supplier owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays freight charges and then charges back customer (prepaid and add) so customer bears the freight charges.
Supplier files claim.
C07 - FOB, Origin, Third Party Billing
· Enter Freight Carrier Account number in Inco Term 2 field.
· Enter Customer Billing Address in shipping instructions.
Title passes to customer upon shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Customer pays freight charges direct to Freight Company.
Customer files claim.
CFR - Costs and freight to named port of destination
· Enter port of destination in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer at port of shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays/bears freight costs to named port of destination.
Customer secures insurance.
Customer files claims.
CIF - Costs, insurance & freight to named port of destination
· Enter port of destination in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer at port of shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Supplier pays/bears insurance and freight costs to named port of destination.
Supplier secures insurance.
Customer files claims.
CIP - Carriage and Insurance Paid to named destination
· Enter destination in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer upon delivery to carrier.
Supplier pays/bears freight & insurance costs to named destination.
Customer pays/bears all costs from named destination.
CPT - Carriage Paid to named destination
· Enter destination in Inco Term 2 field.

DEQ - Delivered Ex Quay to named port

Title passes to customer on the wharf at named port of destination.
Supplier pays/bears all freight and unloading costs to wharf at named port of destination.
Customer pays/bears all costs & risks from wharf to final destination.
DES - Delivered Ex Ship to named port
· Enter port in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer on board the ship at named port of destination.
Supplier pays/bears all freight costs & risk to ship at named port of destination.
Customer pays/bears all unloading costs & risk from the ship to final destination.
EXW - Ex Works at named location
· Enter location in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer upon shipment. Customer owns goods in transit.
Customer bears/pays all costs bringing goods to destination.
Customer secures insurance.
FAS - Free Alongside Ship to named port of origin
· Enter port of origin in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer upon delivery at pier. Supplier owns goods up to the pier.
Supplier pays bears costs and risks to vessel.
Customer pays/bears costs and risks beyond vessel.
FCA - Free Carrier to named point
· Enter point in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer when goods are transferred to customer's nominated carrier.
Supplier pays/bears all costs & risk to named point.
Customer pays/bears all costs & risk from named point.
FOB - Free On Board to named port
· Enter port or airport in Inco Term 2 field.
Title passes to customer when goods are transferred to plane or ship.
Supplier delivers goods to named airport or port of departure bearing all costs and risks.
Customer bears/pays all costs and risks from named airport of departure.
