Select a basket or order from the pulldown "Select a basket or order to copy an Export Checklist from" to copy information from a previously completed Export Checklist and click OK.Fill in the export license requirements per U.S. regulations, check the shipping license symbols, and complete the authorization information. When the form is completed, click email Checklist at the bottom of the form.
An Internet address is provided to screen for Denied Parties.

ˇ On the Export Control Program Checklist, click Review ECCN/ Harmonize numbers.
č To access the Export Control Program Checklist for the CURRENT BASKET:
ˇ Select My Orders | Export Checklist from the menu.
OR
ˇ Click Export Checklist on the Billing and Shipping page.
č To access the Export Control Program Checklist for an ORDER just placed:
ˇ Click Export Checklist on the Order Confirmation page.
The system adds the Order Confirmation Number to the Export Checklist.
The Sales Order Number cannot be completed until after the order is in the Order Management System.
