Vendor Default

Set your Vendor Default preference in My Information. You can overrule the selection in the RealTime Configurator.

To set your Vendor Default:

1 Go to My Information | Profile

2 Default Vendor section

3 If no vendor has been assign – select "assign vendor" hotlink

4 Click "add" for your vendor

5 You may move the priority sequence by selecting the "up","down" hotlinks.

6 Select "delete" if you wish to remove the vendor

If you are not able to view the Default Vendor Screen then your Internet Options may not be set correctly. Follow the procedure below to correct:

1 Go to Tools | Internet Options on your internet tool bar

2 Select the Security Tab | Custom Level

3 Select "Active Scripting" – set to enable
