Users can opt to share their resale database with their shopping groups. Users are "owners" of the resale items they created.
The owner of each resale item is displayed on the Resale Database page. Non-owners can see the items, search through them, add them to their baskets, but they cannot edit the item's data or delete items.
Example: User1 is a member of four TeamBuySM Shopping Groups and he turns "share ON" for his Resale Database. The other members of the four TeamBuySM Shopping Groups see User1's Resale Database once they also turn "share ON".
č To share your resale database:
ˇ On the Resale Database page, click Click to turn sharing on. (link located at the top of the page)
č To copy a resale item to your own database:
1 Add the resale item to your basket.
2 Click the Resale icon on the basket screen. The Resale page displays.
3 Edit any of the fields, as needed.
4 Select Update Resale Database
5 Click Submit. The resale part is saved to your database as your own.
