Login Password

The login password is required to start the e-commerce session and to place orders.

BuyAutomation had two addresses to be used based on best access for your location:

ˇ     BuyAutomation.com to access from the Internet

ˇ     buyautomation.invs.com to access from the Invensys Intranet. For Invensys Employees Only.

č   To request a password or username:

Click Forgot your password or username on the login page. You will receive a reply via email.

Password request and username request are separated to avoid misuse of the reply email message and prevent unauthorized access.

č   To change your password:

After you log in:

1  Select Profile | My information from the menu

2  Located on the bottom left hand screen click the hot link "change your password"

3  Enter the necessary information.

4  Click Submit

5  An email message will be sent confirming your new password

6  You account may be placed on "hold" until your password is changed. You will still have access to the site though with limited permissions until your account is updated.
