You can request Repair Services currently from Invensys Systems, Inc. on the BuyAutomation.com site. Repair services include warranty replacement, repair services and modular exchange program (contract customers).
Complete the requested information on the Repair Services site and receive an acknowledgement for your request via email.
è To request a Material or Repair service on BuyAutomation.com:
1 Select My Orders | Service Requests from the menu.
2 Click Repair Services.
Review the "General Conditions of Sale for Invensys Products" and the "Procedure for Returning All Material to the Invensys Company" using the corresponding hyperlinks.
3 Select the applicable "Type of Request "
4 From the original order of the unit(s) to be serviced, enter Purchase Order Number, Sales Order Number, Customer Reference Number, Contract Number, and/or Software Version.
Complete the section for additional order details, if necessary.
5 Answer the Critical Safety Data section. A "Special Instructions" box is provided for text.
6 Fill in the Process Wetted Parts Pre-Approval. Text boxes are provided for explanations.
If MSDS’ are needed, fax them to Fax to 508-549 4999 and include the Service Request ID Number you get from this site.
7 Edit the address information, if needed.
8 Click Next to open the Parts page.
9 Enter data for the unit(s) to be serviced, and click Add after each line entry.
10 Click Next to review all your entries. Click Edit to change any section of your Service Request from this page.
11 Click DONE to send your Service Request in. Make a note of your Service Request ID Number for future reference.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request. The RMA# for the Service Request will be included in the email.
