New Freight Product added: Part number PROJECT FREIGHT is to be used for "pre-paid and add" freight charges on a project. Freight sold as part of the project price should be in the appropriate VAS code.

Quote Cover Sheet Updated: Proposal, Advantage and Migration cover sheets updated to reflect continuity between the IOM Proposal tools.
Terms & Conditions: Depending upon the type of quote you are preparing, the correct Terms & Conditions will appear on your quote (General or Service T&C’s).
Order
Rocket Orders: All Rocket orders must have "partial shipment" option checked. Rocket shipments do not apply to "No Partials" or Nuclear orders.
Customer Look Up: Post Office Zip code is provided as well as the street address Zip Code. When selecting your customer code select only the 10-digit code or the "A" code.
Customer Address Change/Request Form: The form has been updated with a list of correct cities/states similar to Compass. Please enter the Country first and the options for City/State will appear.
TeamBuy
Email address update: All Invensys employees email addresses have been programmatically updated to reflect the @Invensys.com new format. Please be sure to use this new format when forwarding baskets and inviting users to your TeamBuy group.

Training is a key way to increase skills using e-commerce tools. Enhancement training is available after every release. Please view the training page for hotlinks to join an upcoming session.
3 Training Modules are offered. These modules are designed to fit our users needs and certification is available!
· Pricing and Configuration Training: This is for the user that wants to configure, price and quote. This training will concentrate on how best to price a quote for your customer.
· Order Entry Training: This is for the user responsible for placing orders. This training will focus on bulling requirements and export checklist.
· Revision Training: This is for the user responsible for managing changes to existing orders. This training will focus on the revision process.
