The Basket will start the line item numbering at 10 and continue in multiples of 10. Users have three options to change the line item numbering to match the customer requirements:
Users select to re-number or not re-number the line items after a line item deletion. When selecting to re-number, basket items are automatically re-numbered to take the deleted items' numbers.
The setting is applied to every basket the user creates. It can be changed on the Advanced Basket Properties.

Users can enter a seed and increment for item numbers
ˇ Name
ˇ Number start: this field gets updated with the minimum field length
ˇ Number Min Length: this field allow specification of the minimum basket field length (number of leading zeros in the basket name)
ˇ an increment value
č To set the auto-re-numbering function after Line item delete:
1 Select Profile | My information from the Top Bar menu.
2 In the Shopping Controls section, check the box for "auto renumber items after item delete".
3 Click apply.
Users can enter a seed and increment for item numbers. The seed and increment is applied as items get added to the basket.
č To define Line item numbering:
1 Click Advanced Basket properties on the basket page.
2 In the Shopping Controls section, Basket numbering section enter:
ˇ a seed value (first item's number) Note: This will only effect new line items added.
ˇ an increment value.
3 (Optional) Select to "auto renumber items after item deletion".
ˇ (Optional) Select to include the children's sub-numbers with the auto-renumber function. This option only applies together with the item auto-renumbering.
4 Click apply.
For the current basket, users can enter custom numbers for each item or activate a complete re-numbering of all items. Access to the function is on the basket page.
č To enter custom line item numbers:
1 Click Renumber on the basket page.
2 Type item numbers into the boxes provided.
3 Click apply custom numbering.
NOTE: The system turns off the "auto renumber items at item delete" setting, so you do not loose your custom numbers at the next item deletion.
č To re-number all items:
1 Click Renumber on the basket page.
2 Enter a seed value (first number) and an increment value.
3 (Optional) Select to re-number compound children.
4 (Optional) Set the Basket property: auto-renumber items at item deletion.
5 Click auto-renumber items.

1 You must be viewing the "basket grid"
2 Access the basket you want to re-number
3 Right mouse click on any line item
4 Click Re-Number option
5 Fill in the appropriate information
