Line item notes appear only on the Quick Quote. They are not processed with the order.Use the Line Item Notes feature to enter information specific for the current item only. For example, enter shipping notes for an item that differs from the standard package.
č To enter Line Item Notes on the Basket Grid
1 Right Mouse Click on the line item
2 Select Line Item | Line Item Note
3 Enter your text in the field and select OK
č To enter Line Item Notes:
1 On the basket screen, click the item number.
2 Click the Line item note link.
3 Enter text
4 Click Save.
5 Click return to basket.
