Line Item export to Excel

To generate a spreadsheet with the items in your basket, using the basket grid ,right mouse click and chose "copy to excel".

BASKET GRID PROCEDURE

Basket display must be "Basket Grid ON"

è   To copy items from a Basket Grid to a spreadsheet:

·  Select the Top Left Hand Cell on the Basket Grid (this will copy all line items)

·  To paste individual line items then select the line items by using the Control key and mouse click to select the desired line items

·  Right-click with your mouse to display the menu.

·  Select Copy to Excel

·  Excel Spreadsheet will open another window. Your line items will appear.

è   To import items from a spreadsheet to the Basket Grid:

·  Select the column headers that you want in your basket – Model Column must be copied.

·  Select Edit | Copy from the spreadsheet’s menu.

·  On the Basket Grid : - Go to the description field

·  Right Mouse Click | Paste

·  OR Create a new Basket

·  Right Mouse Click | Paste

Click the Options button located at the top of the basket page and select "paste"

When importing Resale you must copy both Model Column and Product Type Column
