Line Items can be grouped into process areas and levels. User create these groups for each basket.
The grouping hierarchy is as follows:
- Process Area
- Process Level
- Compound
- Line Item
Users can create any number of groups for each hierarchy level for a basket, depending on the structure needed for the quote printouts.
1 Click Process Area(s) below the basket
2 Enter a name for a Process Area
3 Click create area.
4 (Optional) Enter names for Process Levels and click create level.
By default, every area has one level called "Level 1". Click rename to change.
5 Select items and a Process Area / Level for them.
6 Click add items.
7 Click return to basket.
1 Right mouse click on the line item
2 Select View | Process Area
3 Process area will appear on the basket grid
4 If you need to create new process area. Right mouse click – add new process area
5 Drill into the area to rename
· On the screen, click Process Area(s) below the basket
OR
· Right Mouse click on Basket grid | View | Process Area
On a quote: on the page for Quick Quote settings, under Select Total Format, select the "Process Area Totals" or "Process Level Totals" option.
Process Area option must be displayed in the basket for the Excel Output to reflect the Process Area
