FoxStock numbers have to be requested from the Global Client Support Center. Use the Live Help feature to make FoxStock reservation. Live Help is available on buyautomation.com from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Any requests that are made after hours will be delivered to a mail box for response in the morning. If you need a Foxstock reservation after hours the GSC department is manned until 8:00 PM EST. They can issue you a reservation number by calling 1-866-746-6477.

Current stock levels are also available on the M&I Extranet. For access to the Extranet, please contact Dale Enright at dale.enright@ips.invensys.com

$image\warningbackup.gif$ Do not combine FoxStock items and non-FoxStock items in the same order. Only FoxStock products can be placed on a ZGFX (FoxStock order type)

è To enter FoxStock reservation numbers for your items:

· On the Billing and Shipping information page, enter the numbers in the provided text boxes $image\asterisk2.gif$ . Click Live Help for the request form of the reservation numbers.

· On the Real Time Configurator, click the FoxStock icon $image\foxsto.gif$ in the Detail pane (right hand side). Enter the number in the text box that comes up and click OK.

· You will receive a warning on the basket page if a Foxstock Reservation is required.

$image\asterisk2.gif$ This window ONLY appears when there are FoxStock products in your basket. If you have a Rocket product in the basket then the FoxStock Reservation box will not appear
