On the e-commerce site you can copy information:
· from previous orders on this e-commerce site (Web Order history).
è To copy items on the Basket page:
· Click the Copy icon
for the item.
· A copy of the item is added to your current basket.
Or
· Right Mouse click "copy" when you are on the line item
è To copy items between baskets:
1 Select My Baskets | All Baskets from the Top Bar menu.
2 Open the source basket using the plus [+] symbol.
3 Click the copy icon
of the line item to be copied.
4 Click on the destination basket on the displayed basket list.
OR
1 Select My Baskets | All Baskets from the Top Bar menu.
2 Make the basket "current"
3 Find the line item you wish to copy
4 Right mouse click the line item and click "copy"
5 Go back to the original basket
6 Right mouse click over "new Item" and "paste"
è To copy items from a forwarded basket:
1 Select "All Basket- Basket Pick Up" or "Basket History"
2 Chose the basket that you need to access and click the icon to the left of the basket (magnifying glass
3 Pick the basket up into a NEW basket (scroll sown to the bottom of the page and click Pick Up)
4 The information will appear in a new basket
5 Go to the top left hand corner of the grid, the gray tool bar, and do a right mouse clck
6 If all items are not highlighted, click select all, then click Copy
7 Access your revision basket or basket that you would like to add this information too.
8 Go to the yellow area- NEW ITEM- right mouse click - paste
è To copy the current basket:
1 Click Copy this basket on the Basket page.
2 Click the link "copy of <basket name>" to access the new basket.
3 Click show basket properties.
4 Edit the basket name in the text box.
5 Click apply changes.
è To copy a basket (TeamBuy Baskets page):
1 Select My Baskets | All Baskets from the Top Bar menu.
2 Click the copy icon
for the basket.
3 A basket named "copy of <basket name>" displays on the basket list.
è To copy baskets already turned into orders:
· use WebOrder History
All baskets turned into orders are accessible in WebOrder History.
Use Web Order History to create copies of models with Tags, AuxSpecs, ECEP's. Append these models to order revisions, if needed.
è To copy from e-commerce orders (Web Order History = past baskets):
1 Select My Orders | Web Order history on the Top Bar menu.
2 Click the copy icon
for an order.
3 Select to create a new basket or copy to the current basket.
4 Choose the data to be copied:
· line items
· Billing & Shipping information
AND/OR
· SAP Partner information
· Mfg. Notes in tags
è To copy from e-commerce orders (Order Status):
The system cannot read Custom Aux Specs and ECEP's from Order Status. Use Web Order History if you need these model details.
1 Select My Orders | Order Status or Favorite Orders on the Top Bar menu.
2 Click the copy icon
for an order.
3 You will be prompted to select which vendor you want the product sourced from, if applicable.
4 The Basket page opens with a copy of the order. The basket is named following you basket naming convention
