Basket Grid Column Definitions

· Item Number: Number generated from the system for each line item (start at line item #10 and increment in 10’s)

·  Qty: The total amount of the product requested

·  Reg. Date: The Customer’s requested ship date

·  Part #: Part number for the model or part number

·  Description: Description of the Part number

·  Each Sell Net: Net price for the individual part or model number

·  Each Sell List: List price for the individual part or model number

·  Sell Disc: Total Sell Discount Percentage

·  Total Sell Net: Net price for the total of the part or model numbers

·  Lead Time: Time required for production and shipment. This lead time will pre-populated with the standard lead time unless you have made a change 

Advanced View Column Heading Options (right mouse click on top gray bar on basket grid)

·  Discount A- E: Discount column for percentage or dollar amount for each line item. You may enter a discount directly on the grid. Enter a (-) sign for discounting and a (%) sign for percentage amounts

·  LifeCycle: Lifecycle phase for the line item

·  Tag: Tag information for the line item

·  AuxSpecs: Auxiliary and Custom Specifications for the model code.

·  Market Group: Market group associated with the line item

·  Country of Origin: Country of Origin for the line item

·  Vendor Code: Where the product is sourced from

·  Weight: Package weight for EACH. 

To Reset your column heading to the system defaults:

·  Access your line item view: Right mouse click on any line item

·  Go to "view"

·  Click "reset columns"

·  The basket grid columns will default to the system settings
